FAQS
-
Where are you located? We currently have three locations in Alberta: Red Deer, Olds and Beaumont. We hope to expand to more cities in the future!
-
How much does it cost to play?Prices vary by location and time of day, so please check out your local location page for details. Our hourly charge is per simulator bay -- not per person. This means that the total price per hour won't change no matter how many people are playing at your simulator bay.
-
Are reservations required?Reservations are not required, but highly recommended. Walk in's are always welcome but our simulator bays fill up fast. When booking your reservations online, you are able to view all the time blocks available and you can book weeks in advance.
-
How long should I book my reservation time for?Length of time will vary but our general recommendations are booking a simulator bay for 1+ hour for every person playing. Examples: If you are booking your reservation for 2 players, you would book for 2 hours. If you are booking your reservation for 4 players, you would book for 4 hours. IMPORTANT: These recommendations are approximate. It is your responsibility to manage your pace of play.
-
What happens if we run out of time before we can finish our round? If time runs out and no one has your simulator bay reserved after you, you are welcome to stay and extend your play time! However, if there is another reservation booked right after you, you will be required to end your play on time.
-
Should I bring my own clubs? Most definitely. In fact, we recommend and encourage you to bring your own clubs! We do have a select amount of complimentary clubs on hand for use on a first-come, first-serve basis. We supply golf balls but you are also welcome to bring your own. Our simulators do not require any special kind or specific brand.
-
Can I come in for just food + drinks?Aboslutely. A simulator bay reservation is not required to come in and join us for food and drinks, and we don't charge a cover fee. Our locations include a bar with local craft beer on tap, and a restaurant. We have plenty of extra seating for anyone not playing on a simulator, as well as multiple TV's throughout our facilities. Come and join us for a game of pool or to watch the hockey game!
-
Is there a dress code? There is no formal dress code. We recommend wearing comfortable clothes that you would normally golf in. We do ask that you bring dry, clean shoes to wear in the simulator bays. Golf shoes are not required but you are welcome to wear your spikeless golf shoes.
-
Are minors allowed?Yes! Minors are welcome at all Aurora locations. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult in order to play on one of our simulators.
-
How do I book a larger party or event? We would love to host your next big get-together! If you are interested in booking a large social gathering, party, or special event -- please see our parties + events page and fill out the form. Someone from our team will reach back out to you.
-
Are your locations wheelchair accessible?Yes. Our Aurora Golf locations are on ground floors and wheelchair accessible. If you have any accessibility requirements or questions, please give your location a call in advance. We strive to provide an inclusive experience!
-
Do you have other sports available to play on your simulators? At our Red Deer and Beaumont locations we have MultiSport software installed in our VIP rooms, with over 13 interactive sports to play, including: soccer, football, and dodgeball! Please ensure you reserve one of our VIP rooms in advance of your planned visit.
